Pepper Sauce is used by many of us as a condiment with almost everything that we eat except sweet.

Trini Pepper sauce    

25 hot peppers
10 seasoning peppers
2 garlics
1 250 ml vinegar
1 small bot. mustard
2 Bundles Shadon Benie
2 Bundles chive
I bundle broad leaf thyme
Method
Grind peppers,garlic, shadon benie, chive, thyme, in vinegar
Add mustard, a pinch of salt and blackpepper.
Place in hot pot until ingredients start to bubble.
Let cool and bottle.
