ACCRA
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon active yeast
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon sugar
1 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ pound salt cod, soaked in hot water for ½ hour, wash thoroughly and shred
1 medium onion, minced
2 seasoning peppers (seeds and stems removed, minced
1/2 hot pepper, seeds and stem removed, minced
½ cup minced onions,celery,shadon benie, chive
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme (or 2 teaspoons dried thyme)
